If you are looking for a basic low cost "just somewhere to sleep" then this hotel is perfect. The staff was so nice, the internet is fast and the beds were comfortable. It could use updating though, the old carpet and fading paint keeps it feeling like a cheap old hotel.

If there was a negative star I would put it. Air conditioner did not work, shower drain backed up, over one inch of black dirt on counter where coffeepot and microwave were. The room was filthy and bed sagged! The desk person did not even know resturant was closed till we told them. No offer to compensate for a horrible stay! Maybe new owner can get it together and realize unhappy customers are not good! Keep driving!
We needed a place late the other night and found the Hudson Inn in Milford. It's a great little place and very affordable. It is obvious the owners/managers care about the place and are making it a great place to rest. Manager was very thorough in explaining everything and made us feel he was there to help us with anything at anytime. Great shower and very nice towels, cold AC. Again, for the cost this is a great little hotel.
