Great service and tasty food at 10pm. Pretty views and hot (but not very strong) coffee at 7am. Joann cooked and served me the best ever patty melt, with great customer service. Sarah cooked the sunrise platter, with perfect over-easy eggs. Prices were actually on the cheap side for a diner, i only paid $9 for my patty melt, $10 for a vegetarian Sunrise Platter and a coffee. The patty must have been a half pound of meat, too! Sorry there's no food pictures, i always eat too fast... I did, however, post pictures of the menu, so you can decide prices for yourself.
Because of the first local high school football game, it was apparently busier them usual at 10pm on Friday. Friendly staff and fun environment. I enjoyed soaking in the small town feel and decided to take my food to go since staying at the Oak Tree Inn next door. Food was delicious and worth the wait. The service is probably faster most of the time. Pretty empty the next morning at 8:30 so I'm sure it's quicker, though I haven't yet been in on this beautiful Saturday morning.
Awesome spot for a meal and rest. Prices are low, food is good the people are nice. Hotel is clean.
